Hi, I'm Joi!
And cake is my canvas. I love pushing the limits of hyper-realistic cake art and creating pieces that make people stop and say, “Wait… that’s a cake?!”
My love for visual art started in kindergarten, and my love for baking followed in fifth grade. In 2011, I discovered I could combine both passions, and by 2015, I made my first realistic cake and haven’t looked back since.
Today, I’m passionate about collaborating with brands to bring their visions to life, and I love teaching others through group and 1-on-1 classes to help them turn their own cake dreams into reality.

How can I order a cake from you?
At the moment, I am only accepting orders for hyper-realistic cakes. Due to the nature of these cakes, the order minimum is $575 USD. You can submit a order request here!
Where Are you located?
I am located in Columbia, SC. Travel and/or delivery fees may apply to your order.
CAn you ship your cakes?
Unfortunately, my cakes are not able to be shipped. But we are able to travel to you for an additional fee.
When is your next
hyper-realistic cake class?
